The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Regan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pincher's waist but Pincher gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Regan off to one side.
Regan misses with the body kick
and Pincher counters with a nice body kick.
Pincher misses with a double jab.
Regan lands a jab.

It looks like Willy Pincher has been cut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Regan is defended easily by Pincher.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Pincher enables Regan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pincher manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Pincher lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Regan!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
