Legend throws an off balance right hand
and Strong counters with a two punch combo.
Strong keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Strong uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Legend.
Strong scores with a jab. Legend acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Strong scores with a body shot.
Legend misses with a looping right.
Legend looks to land a left hand but Strong moved out of range nicely.
Legend throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Strong counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Legend moves into range and clinches up with Strong.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Legend is stalking Strong. Strong circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Legend, and it's lights out! Strong really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Gracie pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bojan taps out and this one is all over!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vaughan is stalling here. Carbone is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Vaughan seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Carbone has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bailey Vaughan will probably get the nod.

Kinte looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Kinte backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ryukenchan's temple! It sends Ryukenchan violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Kinte celebrates and the doctors try to help Ryukenchan!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Datsik fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ako has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Datsik throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A left and a right from Ako both land. Nice combination.
Ako checks a leg kick nicely.
Datsik throws a head kick but Ako moves out of range.
Ako lunges at Datsik with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Datsik's hand.
Datsik throws a chopping leg kick but Ako manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Datsik throws a good cross that connects.
Datsik takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ako avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Datsik tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Ako avoids a kick to the body.
Ako connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Datsik.

Ako connects with a right hand. Datsik shakes it off.
Ako jabs Datsik right on the nose. Datsik blinks but takes it well.

Datsik is rocked!

Datsik pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oh Datsik is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ako drops Datsik with a straight right hand, right on the button! Ako follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
