Drake tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gracie was well out of range. Poor timing from Drake.
Gracie misses with a few strikes there.
Drake uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gracie.
Gracie is looking to land body kicks.
Donald Drake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drake misses with a straight left.
Gracie lands a slapping body shot.
Drake throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gracie.

It looks like Renato Gracie has been cut.
Gracie keeps the fight on the outside.

Gracie moves into range and clinches up with Drake.
Drake jumps guard but Gracie stands there with Drake around his waist. Drake gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Drake tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gracie just stands there and leans against the cage.
Gracie wants to get back to striking at distance but Drake won't allow it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Drake breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Drake rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Drake changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gracie tries to avoid it but Drake manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gracie to the ground. Gracie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Gracie gets caught napping as Drake dives in and scores a takedown. Gracie manages to retain guard.

Drake drops back looking for a leg! Gracie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gracie manages to kick Drake off! Drake jumps back into Gracie's guard.

Drake postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gracie is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Drake, into his guard.

Drake has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gracie can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close second round but I would say that Donald Drake will probably get the nod.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taizu Temujin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shape Shifter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Temujin comes to the cage accompanied by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TvzVyAaZK1E. Shifter has chosen Der Dritte Raum - Trommelmaschine (Rmx) as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Taizu Temujin has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Taizu Temujin seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?
