A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Cristi rushes Sobral and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Sobral jumps guard but Cristi turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Cristi gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Cristi with a flurry of punches that miss.
Cristi looking to sit in guard and control but Sobral gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Sobral is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to David Pony.
