The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Solomon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Micheli sprawls well. Micheli wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Solomon gets slowly back to his feet.
Solomon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Solomon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Micheli throws a wild body kick that Solomon sees coming a mile off.
Solomon on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Micheli. Micheli obviously looking to wear him down.

Micheli feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
