That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Leon Smith.

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oakley Bark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Betoli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bark's entrance music is RUN DMC its like that. A fine choice. Betoli comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mario theme kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Mario Betoli told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Bark is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Betoli to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Betoli shrugs it off.

Bark is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Betoli defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Bark is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Betoli has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Bark has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Betoli taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Bark doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Oakley Bark!
