He's trying desperately to grab hold of Belo around the waist but Belo pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Belo is the winner by TKO! Belo jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tavares as he jumps to the side.
Horrible takedown by Tavares or perhaps it was just good defense by Parker which made him look bad.
Tavares circles away from the clinch attempt
and Tavares counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Tavares.
Tavares works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Tavares is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Parker has managed to free his arm - good work.
Parker is looking to control Tavares's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Parker avoid being mounted?
Parker tries to kick Tavares off but Tavares keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Parker tries to roll over but Tavares keeps him under control.
Tavares has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tavares looking for a guillotine from mount but Parker is having none of it.

Tavares has control of Parker's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Parker regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Tavares goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Parker is on top in guard.
Tavares has his foot on Parker's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Parker works his way back into a safe position though.
Tavares is looking to sinch up a triangle. Parker throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Tavares's body to avoid the submission. Tavares has instead reached around Parker's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Tavares arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Box feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Box avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Box is posturing up here but Tavern has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Box tries to roll out but it's too tight and Box has to tap! Slick submission there by Tavern!

Joaquin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lagoc does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Joaquin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lagoc sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Joaquin somewhat.
