Kari pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kari lands with an overhand left.
Kari displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Calzaghe.
Calzaghe shoots for a double leg takedown but Kari sprawls well. He's pushed Calzaghe's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kari fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Calzaghe.
Calzaghe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kari tries to avoid it but Calzaghe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kari to the ground. Kari escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Ortiz.
Ortiz jabs Andersoon right on the nose. Andersoon blinks but takes it well.
Ortiz misses with a straight right.
Ortiz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Andersoon.
Andersoon moves away from the strike by Ortiz.
Andersoon takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ortiz takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like SergiO Ortiz has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ortiz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ortiz is working Andersoon over with some ground and pound from side control.
Ortiz working the head and body with strikes.
Ortiz in side control, throwing shots but Andersoon defends.
Ortiz looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Andersoon is avoiding damage well.
Ortiz tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Ortiz has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Andersoon!
Ortiz lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Ortiz tries to control but Andersoon wriggling away.

Andersoon defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Ortiz.

Ortiz is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Ortiz has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Andersoon's face.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ortiz cracks Andersoon with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Boothe stuffs the takedown attempt from Hadith. Hadith gets slowly back to his feet.
Boothe tries a head kick but it misses.
Boothe throws a quick inside leg kick.
Boothe pivots, looking for a leg kick but Hadith is out of range and Boothe settles back down.
Boothe moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That kick from Boothe tenderised Hadith's leg. Hadith is trying to keep his angry face on.
Boothe thows a body shot but no joy.
Hadith shoots for a takedown but Boothe saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Boothe keeps Hadith at a distance using the push kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
An inside leg kick lands from Boothe.
Hadith looks winded!
Boothe scores with a kick to the midsection.
A nice inside leg kick there by Boothe. That's going to slow Hadith down.
Boothe lands with a thumping leg kick.
Hadith has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Boothe.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boothe paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Sunnah Hadith has been cut.
Hadith looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Thomas Boothe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sunnah Hadith.
Hadith is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Boothe lands a big right hand that sends Hadith crashing to the mat! Boothe stays standing though and waves Hadith back to his feet!

Hadith is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Are you kidding me?! Boothe ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Hadith clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
