Out changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jong Dong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Out looks up at the clock and then as Jong Dong takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Out smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Out is looking to take a break and control but Jong Dong is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Out goes for an armbar but Jong Dong turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Jong Dong.

Out has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Jong Dong doesn't defend quickly enough and Out has managed to lock this one up! Can Jong Dong escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Out on a fantastic submission victory.
