I think The Jackal might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Jackal. Benjawan has chosen It Comes and It Goes as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Phan Benjawan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Pilivoc is pushing Jones up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Pilivoc tightens his grip and picks Jones up, before dumping him to the ground. Jones manages to land in guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Pilivoc stops Jones from standing up.
Pilivoc is looking to work some ground and pound but Jones has wrist control.
Pilivoc has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Pilivoc gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Pilivoc shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Kira has Depp pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kira pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Depp tumbling to the mat - Kira dives into Depp's guard.
Kira slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mabuva feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alves sprawling to the canvas! Alves rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mabuva finish him?!
Alves drops his hands momentarily. Mabuva doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Alves staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Alves doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
