Machine has chosen Stupid KId as his entrance music. martin loft had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 137.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Machine is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. loft is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. loft flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Machine anticipates the leg and manages to get behind loft and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Machine slips an arm under loft chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Machine has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Machine is squeezing on loft like an anaconda would it's prey. loft fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Gaard lands a left and a right that send Tarinashi crashing to the mat, dazed. Gaard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Teppi Tarinashi has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Gaard knocks Tarinashi out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
