Pires pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pires throws a nice looking combination but Potasu bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pires is defended easily by Potasu.
Pires is looking to clinch.
Potasu drops Pires with a beautiful combination! Pires stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Potasu is looking for the KO!
It looks like Leonard Pires has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Horrible takedown by Pires or perhaps it was just good defense by Potasu which made him look bad.
Potasu throws an uppercut from hell that sends Pires clean off his feet! He's out cold! Potasu stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Elias Eberhard decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
