Hauki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Slammer.

Slammer shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hauki's guard.
Slammer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hauki swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Cotton feints a jab promting Nelson to slip. Cotton then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Nelson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Cotton shoots for a takedown but Nelson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Cotton throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nelson's head.

Nelson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Nelson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Cotton sees it coming and defends easily.

Nelson thows an elbow strike that misses. Cotton gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Nelson doesn't seem too bothered but Cotton quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Nelson is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Nelson really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Koutras gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Koutras apologises and we restart here on the feet.
