The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gauge throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chavez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gauge manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Chavez rushes Gauge and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Chavez is leaning against Gauge and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Chavez's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Chavez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chavez misses with an uppercut. Gauge saw that one coming.
Chavez looks to land a body kick but Gauge moved away.
Gauge slips a straight right by Chavez.
Chavez drops his hands momentarily and Gauge takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Gauge slips under a jab.
Gauge connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gauge ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chavez moves away.

Chavez tries a head kick but it misses.
Gauge thows a leg kick but Chavez checks it
enabling Chavez to counter with a crisp jab.
Gauge cracks a nice hook into Chavez's ribs.
Chavez on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gauge misses the shot to the body.
Gauge lands with a right hand.
A big left from Chavez misses.
Gauge throws a sloppy head kick and Chavez moves out of range easily.
