Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeannot Chong Starbowsky Ii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kratos Gorkhain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chong Starbowsky Ii comes into the arena with "SCIENCE OF THE TRIFE" blaring out of the sound system. Kratos Gorkhain struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kratos Gorkhain was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Rampage's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mizoguchi connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rampage scrambles back to his feet.
Rampage avoids the body shot from Mizoguchi.
Mizoguchi lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee shoots for a takedown but Gu saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Gu feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Gu uses his free foot to push down on Lee's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Lee.
Gu connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
