The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severensen blocks the body kick.
Mudisbarov throws a combination that misses
and Severensen makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Severensen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Severensen shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mudisbarov eats them both and turns towards Severensen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Severensen swings for the body but Mudisbarov moves out of range.

Severensen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Zhelin Li will probably get the nod.

Doniteli gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Doniteli tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Agious is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Doniteli buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Doniteli!! Doniteli is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Agious throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Montel Agious decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
