The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira throws a lazy uppercut
and Galustyan counters with a nice uppercut.
Galustyan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Galustyan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Oliveira tries to avoid it but Galustyan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Oliveira to the ground. Oliveira escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Galustyan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Oliveira's waist but Oliveira gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Galustyan off to one side.

Galustyan tries to keep at a distance but Oliveira has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oliveira stops a takedown attempt from Galustyan.
Vinicius Oliveira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Galustyan.

Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Beam swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Beam throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Brown sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Brown feints and then cracks Beam's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Beam down.

Beam gets the takedown into side control.
Beam throws an elbow but Brown slips to the side and avoids it well.
Beam lands a nice forearm strike.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brown can't do much from the bottom here.
Brown is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Beam's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Brown has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Beam is working away from the top position though.

Brown lands a left and a right that send Beam crashing to the mat, dazed. Brown thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Beam takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Brown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Beam misses with a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tommy Brown dominated that round.
That's time! Brown's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Brown drops Beam with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Beam looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brown throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Brown connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Beam tumbling to the canvas! Brown pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Beam was done - good stoppage!

Suokuokka steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Fierro's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Fierro just didn't come prepared.
