The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from St Pearce misses.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that St Pearce has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Wolf lands a nice looking kick to the body. St Pearce takes a step back to recover.
St Pearce throws a jab but it's blocked by Wolf.
St Pearce feints and as Wolf raises his hands in defense, St Pearce changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wolf is on top in guard.

Wolf lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Wolf is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Wolf extends the arm and St Pearce is forced to tap!
