The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leeder ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sloop moves away.

Leeder closes the distance and clinches.
Leeder stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Leeder keeps control of Sloop as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Sloop has had enough of the clinch but Leeder keeps him there for the moment.

Leeder manages to break the clinch.
Leeder lands a nice shot to the body.
Sloop throws a left and a right that both miss
and Leeder makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Leeder's coach down at Flex GYM - Train hard feel good! was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Leeder's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Sloop on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Leeder fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Leeder gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Sloop.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jab, jab by Leeder - just one landing.

Leeder rushes Sloop and presses him up against the cage.
Leeder lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sloop backwards.

Leeder escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Leeder rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sloop moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Leeder drops Sloop with a beautiful combination! Sloop stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Leeder is looking for the KO!

Sloop is rocked!

It looks like Josh Sloop has been cut.
Sloop drops his hands for a split second and Leeder immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Sloop face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Leeder follows up with a right hand that knocks Sloop into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Van Leeder!
During a confident post fight interview, Van Leeder thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

Raven goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Raven motions for Victorious to come forward. Raven throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Victorious wants to clinch up but Raven keeps it at a distance.
Raven throws a leg kick but Victorious sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Victorious lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Raven backs up against the cage.
Raven goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Raven stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Raven wants it to stay on the feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Raven just misses with a punch to the body.

Raven throws a right and a left that both miss.

A looping hook to the body misses from Raven. Victorious does a little dance to reset his feet.

Victorious shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Raven sprawls well. Raven wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Victorious gets slowly back to his feet.

Raven throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Victorious stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Raven lands a nice shot to the body.
Raven is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Victorious rather than just go for the knockout.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Victorious . He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Raven buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Raven smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Raven throws a monster overhand right that drops Victorious ! Raven follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Chainsaw will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chainsaw keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fister fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fister tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chainsaw manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Chainsaw lands with a hook. Fister tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fister tries to clinch up.

Fister closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Chainsaw quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chainsaw tries to roll over but Fister keeps him under control.
Fister wants to free his trapped foot but Chainsaw is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Chainsaw looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Chainsaw lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fister shoots in but no luck this time.
Chainsaw moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fister is defended easily by Chainsaw.
Chainsaw works over Fister's head and body with a nice combination.
Fister has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Fister changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chainsaw tries to avoid it but Fister manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chainsaw to the ground. Chainsaw escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Fister darts in looking for a takedown but Chainsaw gets double underhooks and turns Fister into the cage.
