The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adebisi misses with a hook
and Kim counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Adebisi pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Adebisi looks to score with a jab to the body but Kim is just out of range.
Kim shoots and misses
and Adebisi counters with a nice uppercut.
Adebisi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kim on the side of the head.
Kim fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Adebisi fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kim on the side of the head.

It looks like Jin Kim has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adebisi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kim manages to avoid it.

Adebisi shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Adebisi showed some decent athleticism there.
Adebisi thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Adebisi looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Adebisi is pressing down on Kim's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kim is holding on for now.
Kim avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Adebisi.

Adebisi is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Kim to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.
Adebisi throws an elbow that misses. Kim uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Adebisi's guard. Nice move by Kim!

Kim is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Adebisi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kim is looking to defend but Adebisi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kim! Adebisi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kim taps out and this one is all over!

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jermain King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alaric Cosenza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King's entrance music is VAMPIRE. A fine choice. Jermain King had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Alaric Cosenza told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

King thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Cosenza if he has to take too many more of those.
King throws a one two combo.

It looks like Alaric Cosenza has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
King moves out of range of the strikes.
Cosenza throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Oooooh!!! King has knocked Cosenza down with a huge combo! King steps away and waves a wobbly Cosenza back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
