The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Staden misses with a head kick.
Van Staden tries to clinch but Tahuna is having none of it.

Van Staden wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Tahuna breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Tahuna forces Van Staden back against the cage and clinches.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Tahuna on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Tahuna stops a takedown attempt from Van Staden.

Tahuna manages to break the clinch.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Van Staden crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tahuna - the referee stops the clock and Van Staden gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tahuna. Van Staden manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Van Staden closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Pelser tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hunt swivels and escapes.
