Niemen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Insano has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Insano lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Niemen falls backwards - clearly groggy! Insano dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Felipezoom Insano opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Waitzel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Freedmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Waitzel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dimmu Borgir - Puritania. Freedmen has chosen Real American as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Freedmen gets control of Waitzel's arms and successfully pulls guard. Freedmen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Waitzel reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Waitzel taps out! Nice BJJ there by Freedmen!
