Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Masaru Hideki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dumbass McWeakhands (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hideki's entrance music is I've Just Seen a Face. A fine choice. Dumbass McWeakhands told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McWeakhands tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hideki was well out of range. Poor timing from McWeakhands.
McWeakhands connects with a jab.

It looks like Masaru Hideki has been cut.
Hideki misses with a kick to the body.
McWeakhands uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hideki.
McWeakhands lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hideki at a distance.
Hideki bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McWeakhands's head backwards.

Hideki got a little sloppy there for a moment and McWeakhands has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hideki has managed to get both his arms back between McWeakhands's legs - danger averted.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hideki accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

McWeakhands escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hideki gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
