Pistol closes the distance but Patrushev moves to the side

and Patrushev counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Patrushev.
Patrushev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pistol swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pistol is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Patrushev maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Pistol could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Patrushev has cracked it and Pistol is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Patrushev!

Obasi goes for a double leg but Batosai avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Batosai continues to drive forward.
Batosai prevents the takedown attempt.

It looks like Ayila Obasi has been cut.
Batosai scores with a push kick.
Obasi sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fighters circle, before Batosai throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Obasi's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Batosai lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Teixeira's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nocon connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Teixeira scrambles back to his feet.
Nocon throws a right hand that Teixeira ducks under and follows up with a left that Teixeira also avoids with ease.
Teixeira lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Filip Nocon has been cut.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Teixeira here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Nocon looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Teixeira with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nocon connects with a nice short shot to Teixeira's temple.
