Banks shoots for a double leg takedown but Fynn sprawls well. He's pushed Banks's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Fynn feints and then cracks Banks's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Banks down.
Banks has been working on his balance at Hate Made Me Asylum, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Fynn.

Tappelija lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tappelija.

Omega cracks Lior on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Lior falls backwards against the cage. Omega follows up with more strikes that drop Lior to his knees. Omega keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Lior! This one is all over!

Jack Omega decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hutton throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Normous on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Horrible takedown by Normous or perhaps it was just good defense by Hutton which made him look bad.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Normous drops back looking for a leg! Hutton is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hutton manages to kick Normous off! Normous jumps back into Hutton's guard.
Normous passes Hutton's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Hutton definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Normous is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Normous looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hutton with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Normous working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Normous tries to pass the half guard into mount. Hutton knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Normous closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Normous is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hutton is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Normous thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Normous working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Normous has hold of Hutton's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hutton seems comfortable defending it but Normous has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hutton is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hutton is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Normous couldn't care less - he's delighted!
