Mason slaps away a takedown attempt from Greene, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Anzor Greene seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Greene closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mason circles away.
Mason drops his hands momentarily and Greene takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Mason tries to sprawl but Greene drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Mason has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Greene can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Mason escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Greene gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Greene is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Silverback MMA Academy (Elite + Sauna & 160VM) that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Gamburyan comes to the cage accompanied by Gamburyan vs. Brown on April 24th. Slick has chosen Careful With That Axe Eugene as his entrance music. Oil Slick struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. I think Kumtomanee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Allah Allah Praise be Allah. Yauch comes into a darkened arena with his song building. No Sleep Till Brooklyn kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!
