Dredd throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dredd delivers a nice body kick.

Jackson Dredd comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Dredd has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hearns with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling OReilly to score with a decent uppercut.
OReilly has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Hearns cracks OReilly with an uppercut from hell and OReilly crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Hearns's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

OReilly is rocked!

It looks like Johnny OReilly has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hearns stands and steps away. OReilly gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
OReilly is still on wobbly legs! Can Hearns finish him?
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
OReilly stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hearns.
Hearns throws a quick head kick that knocks OReilly silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Hearns is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
