The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva cracks Hanson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hanson dodges the punch combination from Silva.
Silva lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Silva.

It looks like Hush Hanson has been cut.
Hanson walks into a left hand.
Silva lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Silva misses with a double jab.

Oooooh!!! Silva has knocked Hanson down with a huge combo! Silva steps away and waves a wobbly Hanson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Hanson is rocked!
Hanson leaves his chin hanging out and Silva seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Hanson crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Solomon is looking to clinch but Assassin is avoiding it.
Solomon uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Assassin has time to react.

Solomon dives in and scores a takedown into Assassin's guard.

Assassin is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Solomon rolls with it to try and escape but Assassin cranks on the arm and Solomon is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Soul. Aye does a little dance to reset his feet.
Aye dodges the punch combination from Soul.
Soul throws a body punch but Aye moves out of range.
Aye shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Aye takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Soul has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Aye is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Soul scores with a jab to the body.

Aye darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Aye throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Aye is working for a submission of some sort.
Aye not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Soul is defending against the submission attempts here by Aye.

Aye in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Soul tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Aye!

It looks like Terry Hope has been cut.
Hope dives in and grabs Brick's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brick pushes down on Hope's head and hops out.
Jai Brick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hope fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hope shoots in for a double leg but Brick sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sloppy strikes from Brick. Those never looked like landing.
Hope uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Brick.
We've been hearing reports that Hope has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hope.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Terry Hope. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hope fails with a takedown attempt.
Hope keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Brick throws a push kick but Hope slaps the foot to one side.

Brick does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hope gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Brick counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hope's knee momentarily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hope.
Brick bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hope's head.
Brick throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Brick. No joy for Hope on that attempt.
No luck for Hope with that takedown attempt.
Brick waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hope.
Brick lands a jab to the head.
Hope ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Brick misses with a few strikes there.
Brick throws a leg kick but Hope moved away.
Brick connects with a solid leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Brick.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hope. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hope fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Brick swings for the body but Hope moves out of range.
Crack! A monster head kick from Brick and Hope falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Brick!
