That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Yosunaro Masashi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jorgos dives in and grabs Chimal's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chimal pushes down on Jorgos's head and hops out.
Jorgos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Chimal is fending him off so far but Jorgos persists. Nope, Chimal circles away and we're back to standing.
Jorgos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chimal pinned against the cage. Chimal gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Armando Chimal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karva Jorgos.

Chimal feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jorgos sprawling to the canvas! Jorgos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Chimal finish him?!

Jorgos is rocked!

It looks like Karva Jorgos has been cut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
