Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Amr Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Infante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pendragon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Game of Thrones. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pedro Infante was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

No luck for Infante with that takedown attempt.

Amr Pendragon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Harris has chosen Heretic Anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Harris circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Kalua to the canvas! Kalua doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Harris keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Bitag seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Wily Kealoha!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Roger Salmon and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kealoha crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pitakaka - the referee stops the clock and Kealoha gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pitakaka. Kealoha manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Good leg kick by Pitakaka there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Come on Pitakaka - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Pitakaka breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
We've been told by Pitakaka's head coaches at Miletich Xtreme Fighting Systems that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Kealoha on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Pitakaka keeps Kealoha at a distance using the push kick.
