The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Don enables Hiroshima to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Don manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Don working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hiroshima doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hiroshima manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Don has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hiroshima can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Don wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Don cracks Hiroshima on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Hiroshima falls backwards against the cage. Don follows up with more strikes that drop Hiroshima to his knees. Don keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Hiroshima! This one is all over!
