Heracles and Lamar are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Heracles throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Lamar into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Heracles knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Poseidon Heracles!
Our winner, Poseidon Heracles, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.

I think Garuntasticos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Monkey Has Escaped!. Magestico Garuntasticos could well score a knockout today. Garuntasticos has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Simmons finds it's way round the side to connect with Garuntasticos 's head.

Simmons tries to close the distance and clinch but Garuntasticos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Simmons throws a body kick that misses.
Simmons misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Simmons throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Simmons looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Garuntasticos circles away from the clinch attempt

and Garuntasticos holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Garuntasticos tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Simmons avoids it.

Garuntasticos gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Garuntasticos drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Garuntasticos seems to have locked his on tight now - Simmons screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Garuntasticos , as he picks up the win!

A looping hook to the body misses from Thyme. Dean does a little dance to reset his feet.
Thyme rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dean moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dean seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Dean shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Dean changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Thyme looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Thyme is not content to let Dean control the position.
