Cresta loads up on a big right hand but Hemmo slips the punch.
Cresta stalks Hemmo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hemmo's face. Hemmo staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Paha Hemmo has been cut.
Hemmo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hemmo digs a good body shot into Cresta's ribs.
Hemmo misses with a looping left.
Hemmo thows a left - swing and a miss!
Juan Ignacio Cresta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hemmo. Cresta does a little dance to reset his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Akagono slips an arm under Miyamoto chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Akagono has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Akagono is squeezing on Miyamoto like an anaconda would it's prey. Miyamoto fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Suzuzka pinned against the ropes. Suzuzka gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
