Deersworth feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stresemann tests Kreischer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Stresemann pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kreischer fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Kreischer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stresemann as he avoids it easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stresemann throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Stresemann ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Stresemann stuns Kreischer with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stresemann throws the left hand but Kreischer avoids the punch easily.

Kreischer takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Stresemann has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

The crowd cheers as Stresemann lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kreischer doesn't seem phased though.

Stresemann steps into range and cracks Kreischer with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Kreischer flops backwards and Stresemann dives into his guard looking to finish!

Oooooh, big shot lands for Stresemann! Kreischer is hurt baaadly! Stresemann is firing away with more strikes - Kreischer is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Silva keeping moving, preventing Golem from controlling successfully.
Golem must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Silva manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Golem manages to get himself to full guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Golem can do anything to dispel that myth.

Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Golem can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Golem is sitting in close to Silva's body. Silva has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Golem is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Golem is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Silva.

Jeremy Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Jackson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
