The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ing stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ing wants it to stay on the feet.
Ing moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Ing jabs Vader to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Ing lands a left and a right that send Vader crashing to the mat, dazed. Ing thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This has been an exciting period of action!

Vader fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ing sprawls well initially but Vader persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grover throws a jab when Slone was well out of range.
Grover misses with a looping left.
Slone fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Grover counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Slone shoots in but Grover avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Slone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Grover throws a hook but Slone avoids it easily.

Grover is trying to maintain a safe position but Slone gets an underhook and turns Grover into the cage.

Grover manages to break the clinch.
Slone has his takedown stuffed
enabling Grover to counter with a crisp jab.
Slone drops his hands for a split second and Grover immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Slone face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Grover follows up with a right hand that knocks Slone into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Marcelo Grover very nearly forgot to thank KAISER amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.

Markakis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fight stays on the outside here - Markakis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Markakis thows a body kick. Estevez tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Markakis wants to clinch.
Markakis tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Estevez defends well and Markakis ends up having to push Estevez into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Markakis drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Estevez gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Estevez has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Markakis is trying to keep an underhook but Estevez manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Estevez seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Markakis has recovered full guard.

Estevez drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Markakis manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Estevez has Markakis in his guard.

Estevez has his foot on Markakis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Markakis works his way back into a safe position though.

Markakis is sitting in close to Estevez's body. Estevez has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Markakis is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Markakis is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Estevez.
