Borislav Shopov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Trap walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Chida keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Trap will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Chida misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Chida thows a body kick. Trap tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Yoshiro Chida has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Trap.

Yoshiro Chida gave a mention to Knox Energy in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
