The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loid dives in and grabs Bujol's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bujol pushes down on Loid's head and hops out.
Bujol fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Loid on the side of the head.
Bujol lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Bujol throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Sergio Bujol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Loid fails with the takedown.
Bujol with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Loid shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bujol pinned against the cage. Bujol gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Oooooh!!! Bujol has knocked Loid down with a huge combo! Bujol steps away and waves a wobbly Loid back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Oh Loid is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Loid drops his hands momentarily and Bujol takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Bujol digs a good body shot into Loid's ribs.
Bujol cracks Loid with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Loid tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Bujol pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Loid is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Pettis is sitting in close to Junior's body. Junior has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Pettis is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Pettis is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Junior.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vajas Tomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tomas comes to the cage accompanied by Wasted Years. On his way into the cage it seems that Vajas Tomas has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Vajas Tomas seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucas Roy!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomas lands a head kick. Roy smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Tomas misses with a head kick.
Roy just misses with a punch to the body.
Tomas takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Roy tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tomas swivels and escapes.
Roy looks to throw the jab but Tomas is out of range.
Tomas looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Roy scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Roy thows a body shot but no joy.
Roy misses with a straight left.
Roy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tomas throws out the jab.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Roy moves out of range of the body kick.

A solid leg kick lands there for Tomas.

Tomas lands a big head kick that sends Roy tumbling to the mat! Tomas takes a step backwards and waves Roy back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Lucas Roy has been cut.
A slapping leg kick lands for Tomas.
Roy shoots for a takedown but Tomas saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Roy has a takedown stuffed.
Vajas Tomas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucas Roy.

The fighters circle momentarily. Roy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Roy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Roy circles away from the clinch attempt.

Roy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Tomas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Roy on the ground.
Tomas wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Roy working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Tomas wants to get back to his feet but Roy drags him back down.

Roy creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Tomas sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Tomas is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Roy is controlling him well.

Roy is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Tomas looks calm but he's in trouble here. Roy gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Tomas is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Roy lets go of the hold and Tomas can pop his arm back in it's socket.
