Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James Alan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Lucio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucio has chosen Nas ft Damian Marley - Strong will continue as his entrance music. Xavier Lucio struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Latendresse tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Berzins defends well and Latendresse ends up having to push Berzins into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Berzins is desperately trying to improve his position but Latendresse has a good base and remains in mount.

It looks like Michael Berzins has been cut.
The referee warns Berzins that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That has opened up Michael Berzins's cut even more.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

After winning the bout, Oliver Latendresse thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Michael Berzins stepped up to the mic, saying 'If you fight to end a stoppage via cut then you're a D bag'.
