The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punisher cracks Bratislov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Punisher throws a right and a left that Bratislov avoids nicely.

Punisher throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bratislov was covering up waiting for the punch and Punisher finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Bratislov is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Punisher rolls with it to try and escape but Bratislov cranks on the arm and Punisher is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Hayha feints with a jab and clips Kuula right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Kuula is sent crashing into the canvas and Hayha leaps in for the kill! Kuula tries to get to his feet but Hayha is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Kuula is in need of a savior and steps in!

Osterlander looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Scarpa looks to land a left hand but Osterlander moved out of range nicely.
Osterlander misses the shot to the body.
Scarpa keeps the fight on the outside.
Scarpa shoots in and drives through. Osterlander sprawls well.
Osterlander on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Scarpa drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Osterlander wants to control but Scarpa postures up.
Scarpa in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Scarpa has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Osterlander is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Scarpa yanks on the arm and Osterlander is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Scarpa.

Velemir throws a jab but it's blocked by Pommi.
Pommi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Velemir ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pommi moves away.
Velemir misses with an uppercut. Pommi saw that one coming.
Pommi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Velemir was well out of range. Poor timing from Pommi.
Pommi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Velemir fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pommi manages to avoid it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Velemir has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Pommi connects with a leg kick. Velemir looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Pommi seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Pommi is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Velemir to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Velemir shrugs it off.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Velemir can do anything to dispel that myth.
