Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Altair Ibn La Ahad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). La Ahad kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hurt by Johnny Cash. Anderson Jones told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. La Ahad manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Jones pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, La Ahad taps out and this one is all over!
