The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Not Made In wasn't active enough on the ground.

Made In throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Vasilev tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Made In is in Vasilev's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe staying out of range there.
Daren keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Doe thows a left - swing and a miss!
Doe uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Daren.
Daren lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Doe circles away quickly and effectively.
Daren lands a jab to the head.
Daren tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Doe was well out of range. Poor timing from Daren.
William Daren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Doe tries for a takedown but Daren sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Daren throws a hook to the side of Doe's head but Doe sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Doe looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Doe shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Daren sprawls well. Daren wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Doe gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Doe. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Doe goes for a double leg but Daren avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Daren continues to drive forward.
Daren is pressed up against the cage. Doe has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Daren down to the mat. Daren avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Daren throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Daren stuns Doe with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Doe walks straight into a right hand from Daren - that's dropped him! Daren jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Doe from any more punishment! Doe complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). William Daren!
