Fardy lunges at Chulainn with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Chulainn's hand.
Fardy bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Chulainn's head backwards.
Chulainn fails with the takedown
and Fardy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fardy walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Chulainn checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Chulainn misses with a takedown attempt
and Fardy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

enabling Fardy to counter with a crisp jab.

De Struicao throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Dusk misses with a body shot.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dusk has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Dusk throws a combination that misses

and Yamoth moves into the clinch.
Yamoth lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dusk backwards.
Yamoth is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Dusk blocking some punches.

Dusk works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Yamoth looking to control.
Dusk engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Yamoth working a defensive guard but Dusk manages to pass into side control anyway.
Yamoth is not content to let Dusk control the position.
Dusk lands some shots froms side control.

Dusk is looking to take a break and control but Yamoth is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dusk works to advance to full mount. Yamoth defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Yamoth tries to lock up and control but Dusk gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Yamoth working to try and regain half guard.

Dusk looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Yamoth covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
