Donnerwetter throws the left hand but Perez avoids the punch easily.

Donnerwetter has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Perez is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Donnerwetter closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Perez steps in with a hook that catches Donnerwetter right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Perez follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Donnerwetter looks absolutely devastated.

Martinez anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Wiaz and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Martinez slips an arm under Wiaz chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Martinez has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Martinez is squeezing on Wiaz like an anaconda would it's prey. Wiaz fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Cahn working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Simms really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
