After initially coming in at 206.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Weiser throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Leslie's waist but Leslie gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Weiser off to one side.
Leslie wants to clinch up but Weiser keeps it at a distance.

Weiser goes for a takedown attempt but Leslie pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Leslie bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Weiser's head backwards.

James tries to lock up and control but Desormeaux gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That was a close second round but I would say that James James will probably get the nod.

James got a little sloppy there for a moment and Desormeaux has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, James has managed to get both his arms back between Desormeaux's legs - danger averted.

Well Desormeaux has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
