Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Estella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Blane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Juan Estella has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Juan Estella seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estella tries to close the distance and clinch up but Blane swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Blane gets caught napping as Estella dives in and scores a takedown. Blane manages to retain guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Estella gets to his feet. Blane looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Jonny Blane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blane swats away the attempt to clinch by Estella.

Estella tries to keep at a distance but Blane has taken the fight into the clinch.

Okami is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Akhmedov can't fight it off and eventually Okami manages to take the fight to the floor. Akhmedov looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Akhmedov is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at St Petersburg MMA Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Okami is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Akhmedov has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Okami is looking to defend but Akhmedov has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Okami! Akhmedov pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Okami taps out and this one is all over!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nathan Maskrey.

Samson Jones spoke after the fight, saying 'I took a finger right to the eye that the ref dint see so I never had a chance really. We need to do something about these gloves man, its messed up. Outlaw bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Thoresen's head backwards.

and Outlaw counters with a one-two to the body.

Outlaw is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Outlaw cracks Thoresen with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Thoresen falls to his knees and Outlaw doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Texas Outlaw!
An out of breath Texas Outlaw thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
