Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mohammad Malik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Malik might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stronger. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Hoy comes into the arena with Go Ninja-Vanilla Ice blaring out of the sound system. Strom has chosen I Need a Hero as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Strom as he jumps to the side.
Hoy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Strom finds it's way round the side to connect with Hoy's head.
Hoy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Strom paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Strom takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hoy shoots in for a takedown but Strom shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Strom bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hoy's head.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hoy is defended easily by Strom.
Strom misses with a few strikes there.
Strom lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hoy at a distance.

Strom jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Strom fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hoy on the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hoy gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Strom.
Hoy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Strom defends it nicely.

Strom swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Strom scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Good standup being displayed there by Strom as he connects with a hook.
Strom ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hoy moves away.

Gunnar Strom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hoy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

and Strom counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Hoy tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Strom just stands there and leans against the cage.

Strom breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hoy has a takedown stuffed.
A jab lands there for Strom.
Hoy closes the distance looking to clinch
and Strom counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Strom with a nice cross.

Strom closes the distance and clinches.
Hoy fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Strom manages to break the clinch.
Strom misses the jab.
Strom throws a jab when Hoy was well out of range.
Hoy tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Strom counters with a three punch combo that has Hoy backing up. Hoy nods at Strom to acknowledge the strikes.
Strom lands with a cross.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hoy. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Strom lands with a right and another and another! Hoy is in big trouble! Strom lands again and this time it's lights out for Hoy! A quality knockout there for Strom.
