This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Davis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Davis on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Larocque connects with a jab.
Davis walks straight into a right hand from Larocque - that's dropped him! Larocque jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Davis from any more punishment! Davis complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Mayweather lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Mayweather celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
