The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sheppard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. LaMotta tries to avoid it but Sheppard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag LaMotta to the ground. LaMotta escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jimmy Sheppard's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Monster is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lannister.

Monster throws a hook to the side of Lannister's head but Lannister sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Lannister fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Monster, pushing him back against the cage.
Monster is working for takedown but Lannister is calmly controlling the position for now.

Monster has hold of one of Lannister's legs. Lannister is fighting the takedown attempt but Monster gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Monster has instead reached around Lannister's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Monster arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
