Fardy cracks Chulainn with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Fardy has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Chulainn to stand back up!

Gros feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hoo lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Gros will be OK.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Newton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Schneider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Newton's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, She Knows. Schneider has chosen What Would David Schneider Do? as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that David Schneider was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Newton does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
