The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Gogoxia misses the target.
A slow jab from Gogoxia misses its intended target.
Gogoxia misses with a head kick.
Hanma fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Gogoxia misses with a head kick.
Hanma slips a straight right by Gogoxia.
Hanma fails to land the takedown.
Hanma tries for a takedown but Gogoxia sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Enrike Gogoxia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baki Hanma.
Gogoxia pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hanma goes for a double leg but Gogoxia avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gogoxia continues to drive forward.

Gogoxia breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hanma shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gogoxia but Gogoxia pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Gogoxia's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Hanma is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Gogoxia with him. Gogoxia is trying to defend but Hanma has an arm under the chin now! Gogoxia grimaces and is forced to tap out!

Dash tries to keep at a distance but Williams has taken the fight into the clinch.

Williams remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
